- Q: Can I stack my membership discount with other offers or sales?
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or discount codes. One discount per transaction.
- Q: Is my membership transferable?
- Memberships are non-transferable and valid for individual use only.
- Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel?
- Memberships are non-refundable. You may use your membership benefits until the end of the annual term.
- Q: Does my membership renew automatically?
- Yes - memberships renew automatically each year. You will be notified before your renewal date and can cancel before then.
- Q: Can I exchange my membership tier?
- Yes - exchanges to a higher tier are available. Please contact us in store or by phone to upgrade.
- Q: When does my membership start?
- Your membership activates immediately upon purchase and runs for 12 months from the date of joining.
Membership Terms & Conditions
Eligible Products
Membership discounts apply to stringing services, racquets, bags and shoes only. Discounts do not apply to other products, accessories, or services unless otherwise stated.
No Discount Stacking
Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, sale price, or discount code. Only one discount may apply per transaction.
Non-Transferable
Membership is personal and non-transferable. It may not be shared, gifted, or used by anyone other than the registered member.
Exchanges Only
Membership tier exchanges (upgrades) are available by contacting us in store. Downgrades are not available mid-term.
Cancellation & No Refund Policy
Memberships are non-refundable after purchase. Members may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal but will retain access to benefits until the end of the current annual term.
Automatic Renewal
Memberships renew automatically on an annual basis. Members will be notified prior to renewal. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the following year.
Modification of Terms
Tennis String Theory reserves the right to modify membership benefits or terms with reasonable notice to members.
Same-Day Stringing
Same-day stringing discount ($8 for $79 plan / $5 off per racquet for $99 plan) is subject to same-day availability and shop capacity. Advance booking recommended.
